To build a good rapport with your kids, their parents, and your coworkers to encourage effective communication and teamwork. To make sure the children are safe and healthy by strictly adhering to safety procedures. Qualifications and Requirements: Level 2 or 3 qualifications in children’s Learning and Development, Childcare, or equivalent qualification A genuine passion for early childhood education shown through your experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
