This role will manage the company's web development agency and a growing team of 6 across various functions to execute growth projects and meet KPIs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Web Development (UX, CRO, backend data & systems management, AB testing)
* Web Operations (packaging, 3PL management, fulfilment, integrations, retail)
* Trading and Content Management (PIM, traffic segmentation, merchandising, search, SEO)
* Analytics (Hotjar insights, page performance, trading, customer feedback surveys)
* US & UK Customer Service (email, live chat, phones, in-store)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* 10+ years experience, ideally within fashion.
* Technical and logistical ecommerce, managing core systems integrations and logistics processes (e.g., Shopify Plus, APIs, ERPs, 3PLs, RMAs, carriers, taxes/duties).
* Managing web developers and external software providers to optimize the user experience.
* Leading customer service agents and web operations specialists.
* Excellent managerial, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
