We are looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales function and manage the customer journey from enquiry and order placement through to delivery.
Duties
* Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch and delivery
* Act as a key point of contact for customers via telephone and email
* Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide product and order information
* Process sales orders, invoices and related documentation accurately
* Provide customers with regular updates on delivery dates and order status
* Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
* Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure records are kept up to date
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
* Support and mentor other members of the Administration team when required
* Ensure company policies, health & safety, GMP and food safety standards are followed
* Assist in other areas of the business as required
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous sales or sales administration experience (essential)
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
* Organised, proactive and able to use initiative
* Strong teamwork skills
* Administration experience (desirable)
