REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Stirling’s well-established Housing/Care Organisations, who are looking to recruit a ‘Receptionist/Administrator’ on a Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our tenants, visitors, and stakeholders. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office and supporting our wider team with essential administrative tasks.

Start Date: ASAP
Location – Stirling
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception duties, including front line telephony
* Issuing/recording application forms
* Setting up meeting rooms, putting out refreshments and arranging lunches
* Clearing meeting rooms down
* Ordering office Stationery and arranging office equipment maintenance
* Download payments from bank, Allpay and Housing Benefit and post rent payments to accounts via SDM
* Processed rent payments/queries
* Managed repair queries
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service
* Knowledge of the social housing sector is desirable but not essential
