The Role
Join our growing Lifting Division as an Internal Sales Support (Hoist Services), where you'll play a key role in driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the wider business in promoting our specialist lifting solutions. This is a fast paced, customer focused role ideal for someone who enjoys converting leads into results with a proactive approach. As long as you're self-motivated and driven to achieve results, whilst confident in picking up the phone daily, then this role could be for you.
About You
What You'll Be Doing
•Manage and develop business from both new and existing GAP customers.
•Support the regional sales team by providing qualified leads and identifying new business opportunities.
•Handle inbound customer enquiries from initial contact through to order completion.
•Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
•Review customer spend regularly using sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
•Ensure customer site leads and relevant market intelligence are followed up and shared with the appropriate GAP team.
What We're Looking for
•A confident communicator with a proactive approach to customer engagement. You must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and cold calling.
•Experience in sales, or a similar commercial environment is beneficial but not essential.
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
•A motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets and delivering results.
