Senior Delivery Manager
Clapham Junction, in office 3 days per week
Up to £70,000 + package
Troi Search are delighted to be working exclusively with The Gym Group as they look for a Senior Delivery Manager to own 2 of some of the most critical value streams for the business.
As a Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and successful delivery of complex, full stack digital projects within a couple of value stream. This senior role involves leading a team of digital specialists, ensuring seamless management of project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Senior Digital Delivery Manager is also responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project meets the organisation's strategic objectives.
We're after a strong Senior Delivery Manager to lead a couple of the most critical projects at The Gym Group, leading 2 sprint teams. You'll have an abundance of Agile experience, experience mobilizing teams, setting and measuring metrics & running ceremonies. Integration of 3rd party systems and how they work on the back end is crucial for this one.
Key requirements:
* Experience: You'll be an expert in digital or technical delivery, with a proven track record of leading full-stack Agile initiatives at scale leveraging cloud-native technologies and services
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes.
* Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with hands-on experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, including product, engineering, operations, and third-party vendors
* Cultural Fit: Embodies servant leadership, champions continuous improvement, and thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
We're expecting a large number of applications for this, so we'll be narrowing down the experience to those who can demonstrate experience Integrating 3rd party systems and understanding of how they effect Full Stack systems.
