We are actively seeking a Site Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the site management team.
The successful candidate will be based in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities
* Updating timesheets
* Placing orders and updating order sheets after deliveries are checked
* Operating the 4P system
* Checking and updating the company QA systems
* Uploading test documentation onto 4P
* Updating the latest drawing schedules from 4P
* Managing all site-related paperwork
* Organising site deliveries
* Communicating with suppliers via phone calls
* Managing, inputting, and reviewing NIEAC test certification
* Attending meetings and relaying relevant information to departments
* Assisting the Quality Assurance Admin team when required
Qualifications
* 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent), including Maths and English
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a site office environment

* Organised and structured work approach
* Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
* Good interpersonal skills
