Conveyancing AssistantBradford£28kHybrid An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a leading and highly successful law firm based in Bradford. The firm is known for its strong commercial approach and consistently high-quality work. Unlike high-volume environments, this role offers exposure to low-volume, high-value residential property matters, supporting a couple of senior and well-regarded solicitors. You will provide hands-on support across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy
* Lease extensions
* Transfers of equity
* Equity release
* Joint ownership matters
You will be involved in the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion, assisting with documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.To be considered, you must have:-
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Assistant within residential property ideally 2 years
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and a professional client-focused approach
* Ability to work effectively in a commercially driven, high-quality environment
