Management Accountant | Reading | Permanent Role
Kcare Health - one of the UK's leading healthcare recruitment companies - is growing! We're on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join our team and help drive our financial operations as we continue to support the NHS across England and Wales.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful analysis for director meetings.
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Support year-end processes, statutory returns, and external audits.
- Manage banking operations, cash flow, and CAPEX reporting.
- Work with our India-based outsource team and lead payroll and commission operations.
- Contribute to strategic financial decisions and business cases.
- Support NHS contract compliance and revenue recovery efforts.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is experienced in management accounting and financial leadership.
- Can analyse data, manage budgets, and support strategic growth.
- Is comfortable working with remote teams and external partners.
- Has worked in recruitment, healthcare, or a fast-paced services environment (a plus!).
