π°οΈ Hours: 8:30am β 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
π Placement: Temporary (potential for permanent)
π° Daily Rate: Paid according to your teaching scale
π Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Responsibilities:
π Deliver top-notch teaching in IT to students aged 14-19 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, ADHD, and other behavioural difficulties.
π Develop and implement engaging IT curriculum tailored to the diverse learning needs of students.
π Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support as needed.
π€ Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Skills Required:
π Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
πΌ Extensive experience in teaching IT, preferably in a similar SEN setting.
π Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage classroom activities and resources.
π Adaptability and flexibility to meet the varying needs of students and address challenges effectively.
π¬ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
π A genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of young people.
