Our client, an established organisation in the energy efficiency sector is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Contracts Compliance Manager to join its growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of contract governance and compliance across a business committed to operational excellence and sustainability.Key Responsibilities * Support the Compliance Director in interpreting and implementing contract requirements * Oversee contract onboarding through to operational mobilisation * Track and report on contract performance and obligations * Manage social value initiatives and environmental reporting (SECR, Carbon, EDI) * Liaise with legal advisors, brokers, and external compliance partners * Produce regular reports on risk, non-compliance, and mitigation actionsThe Ideal Candidate * Has experience in contract management, compliance, or a legal support role (Quantity Surveyor) * Is confident interpreting and cascading contractual requirements across teams * Has strong organisational skills and is deadline-focused * Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital platforms * Holds a degree or equivalent (legal or compliance background desirable but not essential)What’s on Offer * Hybrid working with HQ visits and client meetings as required * Career development with training towards professional qualifications * Flexible working arrangements considered * The chance to play a central role in business-critical compliance functions
