Senior Tax Manager - R&D Tax
£85,000 + car allowance + bonus + excellent benefits London or Cambridge Hybrid
A market-leading R&D and innovation tax practice is growing rapidly and is hiring experienced Senior Managers to join its specialist R&D and Patent Box team. You'll work with some of the UK's most innovative and high-profile businesses across technology, life sciences, engineering, manufacturing, fintech and defence.
This is a chance to move into a genuinely specialist national team, handling complex, high-value R&D and Patent Box work while having a clear and realistic route to Director and Partner.
The role
Lead and deliver R&D and Patent Box engagements end-to-end
Act as trusted adviser to CFOs, tax leaders and innovation teams
Manage HMRC enquiries and technical issues
Build client relationships and identify new opportunities
Lead and develop high-performing teams

About you
ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT (or HMRC trained)
Strong UK R&D and/or Patent Box experience
Proven at leading clients, teams and portfolios
Typically 6+ years' experience
Package
£95,000 base + car allowance + bonus
