About the Role
:
1. Achieve all pre-agreed KPI targets via the effective supervision of operatives and sub contractors.
2. Monitor, organise and direct operatives and sub contractors to ensure all agreed productivity levels are met.
3. Build an excellent working relationship with the client and their designated partners.
4. Ensure all operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures.
5. Carry out pre and post inspections as required to raise accurate works and check quality of works carried out
6. Ensure operatives comply with all Health and Safety procedures.
7. Manage and monitor all work in progress to ensure effective service delivery is achieved. Address poor performance promptly.
8. Report any accidents to Health and Safety Manager immediately.
9. Carry out appropriate regular communication meetings with operatives and sub contractors, such as performance meetings, toolbox talks and one to ones.
10. If required to cover the out of hours.
11. Support planners to ensure diary allocation is correct for trades.
Role Criteria:
12. Uk Full Driving licence
13. Previous experience in Repairs & Maintenance works
14. Experience in managing a small team
15. Ability to meet deadlines
16. Able to adhere to KPI’S
17. Good Communications
18. IT Literate
19. Ability work to work on own initiative.
20. Ability to problem solve
21. Would be beneficial to have SMSTS
