1. Department Managers (in training)
Deli Manager
Seafood Manager
Center Store Manager
Bakery Manager
Produce Manager
Customer Service Manager
Floral Manager
All positions at Schnucks are customer focused and we are looking for teammates that will provide friendly and courteous service to our customers.
DUTIES
2. Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
3. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
6. Time Management and Prioritization.
7. Problem Solving and Decision Making.
8. Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cases, following company safety and sanitation procedures
9. Ensure department standards are met.
10. Stock, rotate and straighten product
11. Read and understand shelf tags and signage
12. Follow all opening and closing procedures within the department
13. Ability to coach, develop, and inspire others to be the best they can be-relationship building.
14. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
TRAINING
Training will be provided at store level.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Bending
Stooping
Must be able to lift up to 25-100 pounds (depending on the job)
Working on feet for 8 hour shifts
Working in cold and warm environments
Additional Requirements – Internal candidates:
15. Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks.
16. Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks.
17. Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
18. If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
