Following a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will work to secure you a paid placement in a school to develop your skills further.
About The School
Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training programme delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, providing essential skills for a Teaching Assistant - SEND.
Teaching Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of schools. Effective Teaching Assistants have excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting children's needs, and the ability to build relationships with staff, children, and families.
The specific duties may vary by school, including supporting class teachers, running small group interventions, or working on a 1:1 basis to meet individual needs.
Requirements
* Have a passion for supporting and helping children.
* Be dedicated to improving outcomes for all children.
* Be committed to completing required training and ongoing CPD.
* Willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.

Salary
£13.68 to £14.20 per day, dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
