Requirements
Must have:
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline — or equivalent commercial experience. - Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line IT support. - Strong working knowledge of Power BI and SSMS / SQL. - Ability to analyse data and present clear, meaningful reports. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers. - Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Experience supporting projects or working alongside project managers is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support for in-house software systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. - Produce internal and external data reporting and analytics using Power BI and SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio). - Support the Project Manager to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. - Liaise with project stakeholders and third-party suppliers to coordinate activities and resolve issues. - Provide or assist with training for project implementations and system rollouts. - Draft and maintain clear user guides, training materials, and documentation.
