Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concrete Technical Manager to be based at our head office in Kilbagie (FK10 4DY) with responsibility for our sites across Central Scotland, the North East and East Anglia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and testing of new products and processes; Monitoring and auditing product quality, checking compliance with company standards and reporting as necessary; Assisting with the management and development of our team of materials Technicians; Work in partnership with our commercial and operational teams; Root cause analysis of non-conformance of materials at customer sites / assisting with investigating and addressing customer complaints; Production of meaningful technical reports and KPI data; Providing product knowledge training and support where required; High level of technical knowledge of construction materials particularly concrete; Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages; Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Industry certification requirements in particular Concrete certification schemes.
