You will be accountable for arranging deliveries and collections using a list of approved sub contractors and specialist couriers.
Responsibilities:
* Running the daily delivery reports and plan and administer the deliveries to ensure that deliveries are delivered on dates agreed to customer satisfaction.
* Daily actioning of customer returns via CRM and the return portal
* Accurately book the returns based on information contained within the system
* Identify issues with deliveries and collections that require resolution and proactively liaise with couriers, customers and internal departments to action resolution.
* Preparation of Despatch documentation.
* Liaising with couriers, arranging deliveries/collections utilising courier web-based portals.
* Arranging returns through the CRM system.
* Obtaining PODs from carriers.
* Liaising with couriers to obtain quotes for deliveries and collections.
The right person
* Should have experience in a similar role
* Will have strong team working skills and the ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
* Must have experience with third part couriers and contractors ideally using web based portal
* Will have a strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
