We are currently recruiting an Office Secretary to join our Restructuring team based in Aldridge.
As a Office Secretary your role will involve:
* Onboarding new clients including conflict checks, AML process and drafting pre/engagement letter
* Updating and managing new case schedule
* Completing bank reconcilations/VAT 100s - assist cashier where required
* Filing - physical and electronic - organise record storage including original post documentation
* Data entry/general office assistance
* Scanning, printing, portal uploads and posting as required
* Contacting HMRC for updates as required
* Organising meetings, networking and office social/team events
* Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
