Job Summary

Duties
* Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with mental and physical health conditions
* Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
* Supporting individuals in maintaining their independence.
* Facilitate social interaction and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
* Ensuring the safety of both the client and yourself.
* Escorting clients to appointments or social outings as required.
Skills
* No experience required as full training will be provided
* Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.
* Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: £2,035.00-£2,239.81 per month
