Package Description
* £14 per hour
* Flexible casual hours
* Leading a team
Main Responsibilities
* Attend pre-match managers' briefings and participate in training as required by legislation and company standards.
* Monitor staff practices, assist in training and development to ensure efficiency and productivity, and handle staff complaints.
* Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests' needs, working promptly to minimize wait times.
* Greet guests, take orders, serve beverages, and handle complaints effectively.
* Ensure staff are signed in, briefed, and allocated break times appropriately.
* Maintain a professional appearance in line with company dress code.
