About the Role
This is your chance to lead dynamic, multi-channel campaigns in a collaborative and creative setting. As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the full marketing lifecycle for a diverse client portfolio, from local gems to national names. Your work will directly shape digital growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute innovative digital campaigns across channels.
* Client Management: Act as the primary digital lead, nurturing strong client relationships.
* Insight & Reporting: Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights.
* Growth Strategy: Spot upsell opportunities and shape clients’ digital roadmaps.
* Team Collaboration: Work with design, content, and dev teams to bring campaigns to life.
What We're Looking For
A marketing professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
* Organic Social: Content planning, briefing, scheduling, engagement.
* Paid Ads: Running and optimising Meta & Google Ads.
* SEO: Tools, audits, traffic analysis, rankings.
* Email Marketing: Content creation and campaign scheduling (Mailchimp or similar).
* Content Writing: Engaging and discoverable content across platforms.
* Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Google Analytics, social metrics, and campaign reporting.
