Position: Adults Social Worker x2 Rate: £32 per hour Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension Essentials: - Confident Adult Social Worker with at least 2 years experience - Enhanced DBS required for this position - Registered with SWE - Social Work Qualification and Practice Educator Professional Standards Training. Purpose: Working with Adults with a range of needs, supporting with their wellbeing, independence and dignity. Job Responsibilities: Multi Agency working, including professionals and families, to achieve best outcomes inline with personalised care plans. Managing caseloads and taking the lead of cases requiring specialist knowledge. Undertake Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments, Best Interest decisions and Section 117/42 reviews. Coordinating packages of care and advocating where statutory services are limited Experience of managing risk within a community setting is essential, as well as strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Care Act 2014, and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
