This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-value, complex corporate transactions and shape the future of businesses across a wide range of sectors The Role: As a Senior Associate in the Corporate team, you will work on a diverse portfolio of corporate matters, including: Mergers & Acquisitions: Leading and supporting domestic and cross-border deals, advising on acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures. Corporate Advisory: Assisting clients with corporate restructurings, governance matters, shareholder agreements, and corporate finance transactions. Joint Ventures & Partnerships: Advising on strategic partnerships and collaborative commercial arrangements, helping clients navigate complex agreements. Commercial Contracting: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives The Candidate: We are looking for someone with: 5 years' PQE in corporate law, ideally with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, or corporate finance. Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic advice to clients. Proven ability to manage deal processes, coordinate teams, and mentor junior colleagues.
