Financial Administrator (Sales) role:
* The Financial Administrator (Sales) reports to the Head of Finance and is responsible for accurately processing daily sales invoices and maintaining up-to-date financial and sales systems
* The role supports the sales-to-cash cycle, ensuring continuity and data integrity during peak periods or staff absences
Financial Administrator (Sales) responsibilities:
1. Generate and process contractual invoices, ensuring all completed work is billed accurately in line with signed agreements
2. Maintain and update the project database to ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices, charges, and related financial data
