We are representing a prestigious international Private Equity firm with a world-class reputation for excellence and discretion. They are seeking an exceptional, Dubai-experienced Front of House Receptionist, someone who embodies professionalism, polish, and poise.
This is not a standard reception role; it’s the first impression of the firm. You’ll be the ambassador for their brand, setting the tone for clients, investors, and senior stakeholders walking through the door.
The Role
* Managing a refined and seamless front-of-house experience for senior executives and high-net-worth clients.
* Liaising with internal teams, visiting partners, and VIP guests with warmth, efficiency, and absolute discretion.
* Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments, and client hosting to the very highest standard.
* Overseeing all reception protocols, ensuring a consistently immaculate and professional environment.
* Supporting with light administrative and office coordination duties where required.
The Ideal Candidate
* Immaculately presented, articulate, and confident in high-level corporate settings.
* Experience working within Private Equity, Investment Management, or similar prestigious financial environments.
* Prior Dubai-based experience is essential; you’ll understand local culture, etiquette, and professional standards.
* A natural networker who knows how things operate in the DIFC and wider business community.
* Grace under pressure, superb communication skills, and a quietly confident, polished manner.
