About the Role
Working days: Monday – Friday, 15:00 – 19:30
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring client specifications and requirements are met and resource levels are adhered to.
* Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
* Carry out weekly quality audits of premises on a rota basis to ensure standards meet the required specification.
* Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client representatives, promoting the company and the development of services.
* Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
Ideal Candidate
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience in a cleaning environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisational methods and troubleshooting.
