About the Job We’re currently looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll act as a key point of contact - resolving queries, providing the right solutions, and keeping things moving efficiently. This opportunity would suit someone from a retail or similar customer-facing background who is ready to take the next step into an office-based role, within a stable and supportive team at the heart of the business.
