Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
* Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
* Deliver training and guidance to staff on health & safety best practices.
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety management role.
* Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
