Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist!

What You'll Do:
As an SLP, you will work with students across K-12, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create tailored educational experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
* Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific speech and language needs.
* IEP Development: Collaborate with educators, parents, and stakeholders to create and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
* Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
* Consultation: Provide guidance and support to teachers and parents on strategies to enhance students' communication skills.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
* Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
