Our client is now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team of leading industry experts. As a vital member of their team, the Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client accounts.
The opportunity:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client accounts, reinforcing existing relationships, and uncovering new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Relationship and Client Management: Ensure client needs are met, foster strong relationships, and address feedback for continuous improvement.
Strategy Management: Align client objectives with strategic plans, offering insights and recommendations based on industry trends.
Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Sales and Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, participate in pitches, and support upselling and cross-selling efforts.
Reporting and CRM Management: Manage client communication records accurately in the CRM system and generate regular reports on account status and performance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with creatives and project teams to ensure seamless execution and stay updated on industry trends through professional development.
The ideal candidate:
To excel in this position, you will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification with a minimum of 2 years account management experience, demonstrating a consistent track record of both maintaining and expanding client accounts.
You will exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster strong client relationships. You will be experienced in understanding client needs, translating them into actionable tasks, and possessing a proactive mindset with strong time management skills. The role entails both autonomous work and effective collaboration in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail and confidence in idea presentation is required.
