My client are well recognised manufacturer of water boosting and pump solutions and are currently needing an Administrator to join the business as part of the Contracts Team. Key Roles & Responsibilities as an Administrator:
Issue renewal quotations and follow up to retain business from current clients
Responding to new enquiries from clients.
Follow up clients who have requested a maintenance offer.
To follow up on quotations submitted to clients.
To respond to client enquiries in a professional and polite manner.
Liaise with other departments in a timely and professional manner either by email or phone.
