We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference within our Salesforce environment.
We have a new opportunity within the Technology team to join them as a Data and Reporting Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent position, that will be based at our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead. This position will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance TDS Group operations.
* Lead and develop a team of data analysts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Establish and enforce policies for data quality, security, and compliance.
* Oversee data governance and validation to meet contractual and regulatory obligations.
* Develop dashboards and key metrics to monitor operational performance and service delivery.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritise and refine data and reporting requirements.
* Implement tools and processes that enable stakeholders to analyse and visualise data independently.
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
* Have a proven background in Data Management.
* Be advanced proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
* Be able to demonstrate strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
* Have a keen analytical mindset with experience in data collection and analysis.
* Be able to demonstrate clear and confident communication, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with Salesforce (advantageous but not essential).
