The role will focus on ensuring safe, person-centred, and compliant delivery of care while driving quality outcomes and service performance. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the day-to-day operations of a complex care service * Leading, inspiring, and developing the clinical and support teams * Maintaining robust governance, quality assurance, and CQC compliance * Ensuring safe and effective care delivery for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs * Overseeing budgets, staffing, and performance to ensure long-term sustainability To be considered for this role, you will need: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered or Service Manager within Learning Disability and Mental Health services (essential) * Skilled in leading teams and managing challenging behaviours * Proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills * Experience in financial management, data analysis, and service development * Resilient, proactive, and able to balance both operational and clinical priorities This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join a provider that truly values its people and promotes professional growth.
