Job Summary
The Cambian Group, the UK's largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities, is looking for a dedicated, caring individual to join the company as a Specialist Occupational Therapist at Cambian New Elizabethan School, a day school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication difficulties, complex needs, and challenging behaviour. This role is term‑time only.

Responsibilities
* Work alongside a full multidisciplinary team including clinicians, care and education staff.
* Be part of the provision development and contribute to improvement of the Occupational Therapy service.
* Provide quality assessments, reports and needs‑led interventions for young people.
* Embed sensory strategies across the environment in collaboration with school staff.
* Provide supervision, staff consultation and training.
* Act autonomously while maintaining strong teamwork, excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working with ASD and learning disabilities with children and young people.
* Formal qualifications in Sensory Integration is welcomed.
* CAMHS experience preferred.
* A degree or a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Therapy.
* Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and RCOT.
