About the Role As an Inbound Customer Contact Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers contacting the Council Tax and Scottish Welfare Fund teams. You will manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate information, guidance and reassurance while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience.
