Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promotions to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Participate in comprehensive training and guide customers through piercing processes, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain attractive store displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing enjoyable.
* Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products, stay informed on fashion and social media trends, and suggest products to boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect Claire’s brand values.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases and experiences on social media.
About You
* Sales-Obsessed Energy: You love the thrill of making a sale and hitting goals.

* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.

Job Requirements
* You can conduct piercings and show patience and empathy with customers, including young or anxious individuals.
* Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling to support smooth store operations.
* Some high school completed and at least one year of retail management experience.
* Ability to stand for scheduled shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools to place merchandise and assist customers.
* Passion for helping customers express themselves through fashion.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with customers, employees, and management.
* Interest in fashion trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; some stores may require working alone at times.
* Ability to create curated fashion looks with product during shifts.
