Engineering Business Developer Role
In this role, you will partner with top UK construction firms' in-house engineering teams to proactively develop specifications and secure Hilti technical solutions on major construction projects.
You will aim to maximize Hilti’s specification potential by providing high-quality engineering services and working closely with the design teams of key contractors.
Preferred location is Greater London, but the role has national coverage.

Role Responsibilities
You will build relationships with key engineering contacts within top UK construction firms, providing technical advice and engineering services related to Hilti’s products, software, and services.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing national account strategies, driving Hilti specifications and sales across key product categories such as post-installed anchors & rebar, SafeSET system, direct fastening, and PROFIS Engineering software.
The role involves nationwide and international travel as needed.

Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
* Proven experience in business and account development
* Previous experience in the construction industry is essential
* Good knowledge of construction processes and technical disciplines
