I am sourcing a Interim Head of HR to join a prestigious organisation based in Oxford City. This will be for a 3-6 month contract role. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role where you'll be a key advisor to senior leadership and line managers, guiding them through the full HR life cycle. You'll also champion equality, staff engagement, and internal communications.
