The Role
Working closely with the Head and School Business Manager, you will oversee HR administration and compliance across both teaching and support staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing recruitment processes in line with safer recruitment standards
* Maintaining the Single Central Record and safeguarding documentation
* Coordinating contracts, variations and onboarding processes
* Supporting staff appraisal and performance management cycles
* Overseeing DBS checks, right-to-work and reference compliance
* Assisting with HR policies and regulatory documentation
You will also provide administrative support during inspections, ensuring that all compliance records are accurate and up to date.
