Pay: 39.41 LTD inclusive of holiday pay or 29.33 Exclusive of holiday pay
Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments of children and young people with disabilities within the 0 - 25 age range
* Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
* Provide support and guidance to families and caretakers
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulations
