Responsibilities
:
1. Develop andmunicate apelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the broader organizational goals. Set measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track impact and drive accountability.
2. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, and Business partners, to co-create the target state experience for front office teams. Translate this vision into well-defined requirements for development.
3. Oversee the discovery and analysis of user needs, business requirements, technical limitations, and regulatory constraints. Ensure the creation ofprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
4. Partner closely with senior stakeholders across themercial & Investment Bank to align on roadmap prioritization and ensure strategic initiatives are effectively executed.
5. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses using data from multiple sources. Utilize insights to inform feature design, track user adoption, and evaluate program success.
6. Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Scrum Masters to manage product releases. Define and oversee end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Develop and implement roll-out andmunication strategies for new capabilities and features. Partner with key support and training teams (, Customer Success) to ensure seamless adoption and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
8. 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis for a software product.
9. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to successful oues.
10. Deep understanding of user-centric design principles, software development lifecycle, business process analysis, and software testing.
11. Exceptional verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
12. Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to turnplex analyses into actionable rmendations.
13. Familiarity with basic software and data engineering concepts (, micro front-end architecture; APIs; structured vs. unstructured data).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
14. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
15. Experience in product management, preferably within a financial services firm, tech firm, or startup.
16. Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives, including journey design, prototyping to scale, and tech innovation projects. Strong interest in operating model design and business strategy.
17. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools including Python, Tableau, and QlikSense
