Due to the continued success of current projects and the launch of new schemes, they are now seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and highly respected residential developer. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the housing or property sector. Be the main point of contact for buyers from exchange through to completion and aftercare. Make sure their journey is smooth and stress-free by keeping them informed, managing expectations, and sorting out any issues along the way. Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the customer care team to ensure any defects or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Carry out home demonstrations and welcome visits, helping buyers understand how everything in their new home works. Keep an eye on customer feedback and use it to help improve the overall experience. Make sure all activity follows company procedures, health & safety guidelines, and NHBC or industry standards.
