Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Brand Call Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between our marketing team and potential customers, representing brands through engaging outbound and inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls to promote brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
* Deliver engaging and professional communication to build positive brand experiences.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
* Log call outcomes and maintain up-to-date customer records in the system.
* Support campaign goals by achieving daily and weekly performance targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Requirements
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in speaking with diverse audiences over the phone.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
* Previous call centre or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
