Job Description Talent are partnered with People Plus to find a Plumbing Vocational Trainer to deliver City & Guilds Plumbing Qualifications up to Level 3 to a cohort of up to 18 learners. This role aims to help prisoners develop key plumbing skills, build literacy and digital competencies, and foster employability skills that support rehabilitation and a pathway to employment. The successful candidate will use adaptive training techniques to meet individual needs, incorporate restorative practices to promote positive behaviour, and create an inclusive learning environment. You will design and deliver engaging lessons that support skill development in plumbing, digital literacy relevant to the trade, and employability. Close collaboration with prison staff and stakeholders will ensure that training aligns with both the learners' needs and rehabilitation goals, fostering confidence, accountability, and skills for reintegration.
Responsibilities :
Deliver Plumbing Qualifications : Deliver City & Guilds Level 3 Plumbing Qualifications to groups of up to 18 learners, providing in-depth training in core plumbing techniques, safety standards, and industry practices.
