To apply or to register your interest, please contact Gemma Jones on and quote Job Ref: 215303085OVERVIEW:• The firm is looking for an experienced advocate to represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a varied client portfolio, ranging from PLCs to Small and Medium Enterprises.• In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse caseload covering disciplinary and grievance processes, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy and restructuring matters, while also advising senior management teams and boards on strategic employment issues.• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE and be looking for their next career challenge within a forward-thinking team.
