The role of Business Support Administrator is to provide a professional and effective administrative and business support service, collaborating with multiple teams across the business to ensure service level agreements and performance standards are met.
You will be required to work from the office full time due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities

* Provide a professional and effective administrative and business support service.
* Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to support a range of requests.
* Engage with colleagues to fulfil support requests and ensure SLAs and performance standards are met.
* Typical tasks include:
o Preparation of presentations, documents, reports and work‑winning material to a high standard in line with WSP brand guidelines.
o Purchases and system support.
o HR tasks, for example onboarding and inductions.
o Coordinate events, meetings, socials, travel bookings and logistics.
o Support project tasks and requests.
* Provide cover for the Concierge team when required, answering calls and welcoming visitors.
* Provide a high standard of client and employee care by proactively dealing with queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Act as the first point of contact for questions and queries and provide support in relation to current systems, policies, procedures and business continuity.
* Support administration tasks including large printing, binding, photocopying, and raising support tickets.
Qualifications
* Eye for detail, can communicate effectively and work independently and efficiently.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge and understanding of Adobe InDesign and wider Adobe Creative apps is desirable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A minimum of 10 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English is desirable.
