The role starts for the new academic year on a long-term contract which will progress to a permanent contract after just one term. The school is supportive with opportunities for career progression.
About the Role
The Year 5 teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction to students. This role requires a passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
* Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
* Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
* Teaching certification for primary education.
* QTS
Required Skills
* Teaching experience across KS2 year groups.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* Organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with differentiated instruction.
* Familiarity with technology in the classroom.
