About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will prepare and serve drinks, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers.
* Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
* Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
* Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking IDs.
* Process payments accurately and manage tabs.
* Assist in opening and closing the bar, ensuring equipment is stored properly.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
* Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong cash handling and POS system experience.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations for alcohol service.
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
