Job Description
1. Handle and manage intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and effective communication.
8. Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and related areas.
